Quality Improvement & Co-production are like a superhero team-up. Each superhero (staff member, user of service and carers) has their own unique powers (knowledge, skills or experiences), and together, they can save the day (improve patient care).

At this event, I saw some power shift from the professionals to those with the living experience #TheExpert; only then I could hear #whatmatterstome. They had some of the answers & some Co-design plan, but together, we did it 👍. #QiandCopro #togetherisbetter 👌💯
