I see that Google is trying to replace the open web with their AI Overviews and I'm not okay with that. AI chat bots is an amazing technology that should exist separate from web search. Not replace it. Google is killing independent websites and open web.

Added links to original pages (if a canonical tag is present in the HTML) and buttons to remove documents from a project. Questions? Feature requests?

The job of SEO is one of the most AI-proof jobs thanks to the sheer amount of disinformation and poor advice from "experts" shared online. The signal to noise ratio is so bad, I don't think AI will be able to figure it out anytime soon.

If AI and Google keep stealing content without rewarding authors, we could end up 30 years in the past, back when most content was created just for fun by people passionate enough to share it for free.

"Workflow automation" is a slippery slope. Either commit to it and become a robot factory for whatever you are doing, or ignore it and keep your production artisanal. In between lies sadness.

I think HTML (choice of tags, structure, etc) plays more important role in SEO than most people think. I spent some time building text extraction from HTML for SEO purposes and it's not simple at all. Especially for landing pages or any rich complex content.
