In Namugongo Pilgrimage, we partnered with police and other CSOs to ensure safety of children & prevent cases of missing minors. As a preventive measure, we tagged children’s wrists with the contact numbers of their caregivers to enable quick reunification in case of separation.

Through this initiative, we successfully rescued & reunited over 40 missing children with their parents/caregivers. Additionally, we conducted sensitization sessions to educate caregivers on their roles and responsibilities in ensuring child safety during large public gatherings.
