The Ministry of Defense of Turkey announced, that on July 13, in Istanbul, the military delegations of the Ministers of Defense of Ukraine, Turkey, the Russian Federation and the UN delegation will hold negotiations regarding export of Ukrainian grain from the ports of Istanbul.

Ukraine, Turkey and the UN signed Agreement on the export of grain. Control over "Odesa", "Chornomorsk" and "Yuzhny" ports remains completely under Ukraine. No vessels other than those intended to export grain, related food products and fertilizers must be there.

The first Turkish grain carrier was loaded with Ukrainian grain for further export in the Chornomorsk sea trade port. Exports may begin in the coming days with the shipment of several ships that were loaded but could not set sail due to the outbreak of war.

275 votes for: Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the law on "customs visa-free" with the EU and the accession of Ukraine to the Convention on the Common Transit Procedure (NCTS) with EU countries. The EU Commission approved the decision to invite Ukraine to the NCTS in July.
