On holiday for bin collection, 3 weeks later Mid Devon District Council won't take extra sacks and Devon County Council might let us take up to 8 sacks a year if we drive for an hour and let them rip them open in case there's something recyclable. Waiting for the rise in flytipping or bonfires. #joke
