Last Thursday I spoke at the Tonbridge & West Kent SGO conference on how to engage the hardest to reach students. There are many reasons why young people won’t engage in sport & physical activity. Most of the time they are barriers that are easily overcome with thinking a little out the box.

Last week Tonbridge & West Kent SGO a key community organisation based Hayesbrook Academy hosted a #PRandSchoolSportConference2022 for local primary schools to share good practice and celebrate sport in the area. A huge thank you to Grace Balsdon Tom Bosworth MBE for joining them on the day!

Our The Daily Mile UK winners for Term 3 enjoyed their prize this morning. Trying out the climbing wall at Chimera Climbing , they all had a brilliant time and challenged themselves to reach the top of the wall! We could not be prouder of these awesome Sussex Roaders! Both teams played superbly in the T&WKSSP Football Final and, most importantly, had great fun! Over the entire tournament, the boys conceded just one goal and today were crowned the overall winners in Tonbridge and TWs!!
