After an event it can be difficult to recall exactly what happened. And if you leave an organisation, have an exit interview and put on the record any racial abuse you experienced, as well as any difficulties you had in reporting it.

"What I expect from a team that values that person is for someone to step in", says Ade. "If there is correction to be provided, [the team] should do that. It is not for the person to stand and defend themselves." #RacismInPharmacy
