Not everything is gaslighting. The meaning has been diluted; true gaslighting is rare. More common? Being lied to, invalidated or dismissed so often you stop trusting your gut. Intentions ≠ impact. It may not be meant to make you feel crazy, but still can. Trust your instincts.
