Overnight, BPD assisted with the gridlock at one of the few Bradenton gas stations with a small fuel supply. We expect to see more of the same today. BPD is getting assistance from Ocala Police, as part of an emergency mutual aid agreement. #Milton

A state-of-the-art training center for Bradenton PD and the MTC Law Enforcement Academy is expected to open in early 2025. NEW VIDEO: A fight in a gas station parking lot sent one man to the hospital and another to jail. Wednesday night, BPD responded to a fight at the Marathon gas station on 14th St. W. An argument between customers inside the store escalated in the parking lot.

Catherine Stirm, 67, reported missing on 1/31/24, has been declared deceased. Detectives believe Catherine's brother, Scott, had knowledge of her death, and that she was dismembered and disposed of. Scott Stirm, 64, died on 2/1/24. MORE: bradentonpd.com/newsreleases/u…

MISSING(ISH) DUCK CAPER! Officers Ortiz & Giddens responded to a case of missing ducks - although how they went missing wasn't a mystery. Mama was seen leading her ducklings across the road, but not all made it to the other side. Instead, half of them plunged through a grate.
