Chairperson of the Faculty of the Humanities Alumni Chapter, Khanyiso Sonti spoke on the legacy of Hendrik Matikweni Nkuna and how it lives on after so many years. Adding that we should commemorate his bravery and sacrifice, and strive to continue his fight for a better future.

Prof Maserumule’s message conveyed a reflection on the historical evolution and social justice roots of TUT, from its origins as technicons to its current status.He highlighted the activism and sacrifices of alumni like Hendrik Nkuna, who fought against educational inequalities.
