This was the moment that I most respected from the Queen. Whilst Parliament were out partying and breaking their own rules, she followed everything asked of her and showed a respect towards everyday people who were being asked to do the same.

It wasn’t the rich who saved us from Covid-19. It was the low paid key workers who government asked us to clap for. Now it’s those very same people - who can’t afford to pay for their heating or weekly food bill - that the same government is prepared to throw under the bus!

Watching wealthy celebrities who live in homes worth over 1 million pounds arguing why strike action is unacceptable must be so frustrating! Be quiet they work harder than any of us and some save actual lives so be silent! You wouldn’t accept 31k a year so why should they?
