Good start to the season over the weekend! Started on Friday with a battle with Fulton and came out with the W 9-8! Saturday didn't go the Stangs way as the lost to Oregon 5-2. 1-1 to start the 2024 campaign. JV dropped both their contests 9-3 Friday and 13-3 Saturday.

Got a W on Monday against Galena but have dropped the last two games against Sherrard yesterday and tonight against Annawan/Wethersfield. Just happy to be playing games!! Next up Riverdale Friday at home.

So far this week we have went 8 innings in back to back games and come out on the losing end! Lost 4-3 Monday to E/P and 4-2 last night to Mon-Rose. Although they were losses the team is starting to look like the team they should be!! Up next E/P tonight at home!

Not the way we wanted tonight to go lost 8-2 to Orion but we did have another Mustang player hit a homerun tonight and that makes two players on the year! The first was Collin Renkes against E/P and now Koltin Swaim with his against Orion! Congrats gentlemen!!!

Well the 2024 Mustangs Baseball campaign has come to an end. Definitely not how we wanted it to end with a tough loss to Alleman 7-2. To the three seniors Allen, Jason and Sauce thank you for allowing me to coach you the last three seasons! Best of luck in your future endeavors!
