Day 3 of posting about damp and mould on the Tulse Hill Estate. See the deep-set damp that's peeling the paint and plaster off? Yet like many others, this neighbour has been blamed for her "lifestyle issues" as the cause. After years of struggle to sort it, this is an insult.
