DIY exfoliant spray: - Add 1-2 scoops of bloo in hot-warm mineral or filtered water - Pour it into a glass spray bottle Now, you have your exfoliant spray for your skin and “salt-texture” spray for your hair. Do a few sprays on your face before applying your moisturizer.

I’m pretty happy to say that the combination of bloo, a shower filter, and avoiding PUFA (over the course of a few years) has completely cured my dandruff. PUFA’s role in dandruff pathology is often underestimated, but lipid peroxidation is very correlated with dandruff.

DANDRUFF: An inflammatory / fungal condition you need to fix ASAP. Tackling it at the root cause: What causes dandruff? → Yeast feeds on scalp oils (sebum) → releases oleic acid → Oleic acid damages the skin barrier → immune system reacts → Inflammation spikes keratin
