JUST IN: Federal judge agrees that former Illinois House Speaker Michael J. Madigan lied on the witness stand during his trial. Judge Blakey made the finding while ruling on sentencing guidelines in Madigan's ongoing sentencing hearing.

Now Blakey says Madigan lied on the witness stand when it came to Danny Solis, as well.

The judge concludes that the "statutorily restricted guideline range" is exactly: 1,260 months or 105 years in prison. "That is the correct advisory range." This DOES NOT MEAN Madigan will get a sentence anywhere close to that. It's not binding. But that's his ruling.
