GPS loads from last night’s Jamboree were not bad at all. Obviously contact was high. Practice was walk through/mental work. Had planned heavy singles on box squat at 0.5 m/s and Gear 3 light R3 on SHREDmill. Ended up making it sets of 2 at that velo and did a gear 3 drop.
