What's your preferred/recommended way to do a landing page for idea validation? - a no-code builder - finding a template and deploying it yourself - building from scratch - another method I am trying to push myself to do first steps and not get bogged down.

I’m stuck in decision paralysis Too many ideas, not sure which to commit to How do you decide where to put your energy when starting out? Would love to hear your framework!

I’m early in my solo dev journey and finding that once I start looking for problems to solve, they appear everywhere. I’m still learning how best to validate them, is sharing early is the key? What are your favourite ways to validate?

Recently came across Duolingo’s handbook. It’s an inside look at how they built their company and what keeps them moving fast, thinking long-term, and making work fun. Packed with lessons for builders. Worth a read! blog.duolingo.com/handbook/

How do you build your landing pages? From scratch, templates, or no-code? I feel like a template might be a good starting point, offering customization without the need to make all decisions and work from scratch.

I’ve been testing a new productivity loop: ✅ Commit – Set a clear goal 🎯 Focus – Deep work, no distractions 📝 Log – Track progress & reflect 📢 Share – Visibility & accountability Results: More focus, fewer context switches, better reflection, and improved visibility.

Spending time presenting to my team takes time away from building, but if it helps at least one person level up, it's a win for the whole team.

Saw these nuggets of wisdom at my old school gym. 1. Trust yourself. 2. Dig deep down and ask who you want to be. 3. Don’t be afraid to fail! 4. Don’t listen to the naysayers! 5. Work your ass off. - Arnold Schwarzenegger

I found a handy trick for Flutter/app development on macOS. To zoom in on the iOS/Android simulator for a closer look at designs, try this:

Would a tool for people struggling with single-task focus and context switching be helpful? Idea: •Commit: to a single task & focus time. •Focus: set DND, block notifications, timer runs. •Log: what you did, blockers, lessons. •Share: help share content to socials.

That's pretty cool... ClickUp can auto-generate stand-up updates from ticket content and action. It waffles a bit, but so do I in most stand-ups.
