Question. I'm presently writing a long essay for The New York Review of Books on wayfinding, lostness & consequences of outsourcing navigation to GPS devices. When/where do you still "read" a map, i.e. locate yourself wrt your surroundings, rather than let tech track & instruct you as you move? Why?
