Flooding on Turri Road near Los Osos California after the atmospheric river has rolled through. Water is scary dangerous so PLEASE don’t try to cross these flooded roadways.

I live a block from the water and experienced this crazy thing, which was brief but VERY eerie. I grew up in Arkansas where twisters are somewhat common, but I NEVER would have expected this here on the left coast.
