Adding onto Schimel's troubles is that completed wards in rural Wisconsin aren't matching the urban and suburban turnout levels, many not escaping the mid to high 60% range (of 2024) And even in those rural wards, Crawford is getting 5%+ swings over Harris' margin in some cases
