Storms about to move into the downtown area. Likely to have some strong winds along with the rain and thunder. 60 MPH measured at the airport just a few moments ago.

Update risk for excessive rainfall has us in an area of Marginal Risk. Area of Slight Risk is now over some of the same areas which flooded badly just over a month ago. Just an FYI - there is a flash flood watch that has been issued for that area of Slight Risk.

A few cells have formed in the western parts of the county near Lago Vista. Expect some brief downpours and lightning with these storms.

We have a storm moving SW towards west Travis that could be producing wind up to 40mph. It has a special weather statement for it but is no longer severe warned. #atxwx #txwx KEWX - Super-Res Reflectivity 1, 22:43Z
