What a session this was with Ryan Dobson and Niall Watson! Boys pushed themselves to the max yet again and showed why they are where they are! Ry currently playing in America and Niall at Accrington Stanley, allows me to step back and give them ownership of the standards!

Can anybody tell me the benefits of an U12's team skipping another season of 9v9 to play 11v11? Other than you get more players on the pitch and they run more, I'm struggling to see any. During a match there's only one ball, so does giving players less touches have any benefit?

Tom Brady is surely the best motivational role model for young players (in any sport) getting overlooked, released, etc? Overlooked (as a free pick up) 198 times, but kept working so that when he got an opportunity, he made himself irreplaceable.
