When a patient presents with a unilateral eye swelling, please check for sinusitis. PRE-orbital cellulitis is common. RETRO-orbital cellulitis or abscess secondary to sinusitis is a different beast and can kill the vision. We do urgent transnasal decompression to save the eye.
