Is it me or do colds / bugs post covid just hit you so much harder?? Its been 3 weeks, I've spent a week in bed, I've had horrific vertigo, lost my voice and now its like I've got a UTI as well

Anyone else rum out of 'work appropriate' summer clothes so they've been wearing the same outfits each week? A colleague even asked me 'do you have any other clothes?' ... I can't afford to spend money on new clothes..but also I have 4 'hot weather' outfits. Its england.
