Part of what I do for my part time job is create banners and videos for LED posters that we sell/display at hotels and events. We just got our folding displays in and I’m already having fun!

We're hiring a video editor—but not the usual way. I built a 50+ question multiple choice questionnaire designed to filter out candidates who wouldn’t vibe with us culturally. Then I feed their responses into a custom GPT I built, which analyzes green/orange/red flag answers
