Ways I've measured Quality of Hire: 1: Survey alignment of expectations at 30, 60 & 90 days 2: Tenure 3: Time taken to get promoted 4: Performance data at 3, 6, 9 & 12 months There all flawed. The best hires know their 'worth' and leave when expectations are broken.

Tricky for most startups who don't know who they need, until they need them. Getting commitment on a quarterly plan is best case scenario but often out the windows within weeks!

Great #brainfood today. Especially around banning online behavioural adverts. Just started using Geo-fencing for recruitment ads, glad to see these are not on the proposed banned list. I'm still not sure about them, very "minority report".
