If you are doing some outbounds, don't mix your STR with the outbound sales If you want to scale a profitable portfolio, you have to learn to optimize for inbound sales You can't scale outbound without scaling a team as well at which point, it is just another Job

Your STR will be 100% if you give your names away for free, provided they are decent. (Some might not have any takers even for free lol) So, You could be leaving a lot of money on the table with a very high STR On the other hand, STR could be near zero if you price too high

I repeat If you have to increase the price on Afternic to offset the increase in commission, you were underpricing all these while, or it will negatively affect your STR And if you were already optimally priced on Afternic, it is only logical you reduce the price elsewhere

Yesterday's .co auctions from Dynadot.. Looks like somebody dropped them due to unavoidable circumstances... What if the registrant had a personal tragedy? Always intrigued by these sudden bulk drops Shouldn't there be some sort of a protection..??

Do Not Try To Find Reasons To Buy a Name It is like seeking validation. Your could "Reasons To Buy" as a bulk filtering criteria But your shortlisting Criteria should be based on elimination. Brutal Elimination Cut Cut Cut fcuk this, fcuk that, that one too, fck that as well

One of the worst negative self talk in Domaining is that you need a lot of investment to start It is a self defeating talk. Domaining done right is a very high ROI business. And high ROI means it will compound fast regardless of how small the capital
