This Dutch radio recording from July 1951 is far from essential, but a bargain to hear Ferrier's "Urlicht". I thought Klemperer's 1963 Philharmonia recording was brisk, but this doesn't hang about at all. SQ is poor tbh, esp compared to Soviet recordings of the time. #mahler
