I was blue lighted to A&E last night and I’ve now received my results that show an infection & clots on my lung. All this is a direct result of #Covid_19. The point I’m making is don’t let your guard down, stand back a little further, I wouldn’t wish this virus on anybody x

I basically want to cry. You can’t imagine what we’re seeing inside hospitals today. The scale of the suffering. The horror of it all. No-one who saw it would EVER dismiss the dying for being too old or too unwell. Never. They’d do everything they could to help. This is so wrong.

Today was my hardest challenge yet. Raising funds for and awareness of Parkinson’s Disease and Cure Parkinson's in their Right Royal Raid Local 2022. 113.25 km and 2465m ascent including the long ride up to Troodos - at least the sun was out in Cyprus 🚴🏻
