Working on growing commitcheck.com, starting with signup emails. Right now I send signup emails manually and often forget 😬

Installed Hotjar on CommitCheck. Not only can I see recordings of public pages but also pages behind auth. So I can see how people are using the admin panel. Super useful

Recently found the #NoEstimates crowd. Seems nonsensical at first but counting stories instead of estimating makes sense. I’d love to try it. Teams doing fibonacci estimates are often just going through the motions
