This is highly problematic since this is the type of content AI is learning on. Every AI model has to be maximally truth seeking and able to separate signal from noise.

Universities, and the federal government through U.S. National Science Foundation, NIH, etc, have invested a ton of money to build out amazing super computer infra. Are any of them making them accessible for a fee to the private sector? AWS and Google are getting unaffordable for startups and universities
