/n Of course the design depends on the number of erc721 tokens in the wallet. Wallets having only a few dozen NFTs cannot have multiple levels of tertiary branching. This NFT tree on testnet built out of Farokh's wallet had 10k+ tokens. Obviously the canopy reflects the same.

/n A word on branch angles. A more accute angle of 20-30 degrees will produce a vase shaped canopy like the one in the image below. An obtuse angle of 50-60 degrees will produce a weeping style canopy.

/n The same randomness in length, ratios and angles is applied to the roots. However the root system is controlled in terms of symmetry, for aesthetic reasons. The foliage is allowed to go wild sometimes, as is evident from the Rinkeby testnet result on Cobie's NFT tree below.

/n When Python Turtle reaches the end of each branch, it prints an NFT tokenID which becomes the leaf. At the termination of each root a fromAddresses is printed. There are 19 curated colour palettes for foliage and 17 palettes for roots. The algo (pseudo)randomly picks one.

/n At the end of it, Turtle prints the current #Ethereum Block height at the bottom left. This way as your NFT collection grows, you can track it's evolution through time. PS: FK's wallet tree on Rinkeby testnet.

/9 Concept, generative art algorithms, contract and front-end by Zubin. The dapp would have never made it to production without @[email protected]'s ninja Jerry-rigging with Transcrypt and FastAPI serverside code to convert the turtle artwork as an SVG on the front end.

I've never seen a dapp built in #Python It is always been Javascript for most of the builders and founders.. It will be intriguing to witness Token Trees NFT be one of the reliable scanner dapp out there.. πŸ‘
