A Togolese delegation participated in the 19thIndia-Africa Business Conclave under the theme: "Creating a future" held from 20th – 22nd August 2024 in New Delhi, India.

The delegation composed of the Director General of the Togolese Institute of Agricultural Research (ITRA) delegates from the Climate Affairs Unit of the Presidency of the Republic & the Ministry in charge of Agriculture & Livestock as well as many Managers from the private sector

On the sidelines of the conclave, the Togolese delegation had a working session with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) with a view to explore possible avenues of collaboration in agriculture research and training.

During this working session, the delegation had in-depth discussions with the officials of this prestigious Institute, seat of Green Revolution in India, on the pending MoU between the two institutions, which will surely boost the cooperation between India and Togo.
