Brewing part two of the Belgian Project: Trippel. Hope to have quad, trippel, dubbel and single ready by Christmas.
All doughed in for a Cascadian Dark Ale and scones in the oven. Good start to a Saturday.

Heating strike water for a batch of coastal common in the fog. Seems appropriate.
Coffee's brewing, strike water for a saison is heating up. Good morning so far.
Chilling wort down with 70 degree tap water takes a long time. Need to get a pump and some ice water.
