People always ask my favorite movie. Truth is, I could never pick just one. But one 80s oddball always stuck with me—Amazing Grace and Chuck. A young boy gives up baseball to protest nukes and sparks a global movement. It made me believe a kid, or a story, can change the world.

For days I’ve been imagining a peanut butter and jelly–doughnut sandwich. I don’t even know if it’s a real thing or just my pesky diabetes taunting me… but either way, maybe it should be. 😂🥜🍓🍩

I think people still love movies. It’s the theater effort and experience they’ve been slowly divorcing. The excitement, buzz, and urgency to see a film on opening weekend just isn’t there anymore when it can be streamed or pay-per-viewed at home not long after. I’m a movie
