she smiles at that, then nods. “i think that’s a great idea. where would you wanna go?” she asks, rubbing caroline’s arm.

“pick a place and i’ll book it right now,” she says, picking up her phone again to open the airlines app she uses.

she gasps a bit at that, then grins wide as she searches up flights to orlando. “that is the perfect idea,” she says, already looking for the soonest flights available.

“not since you were little. it’ll be fun,” she says, booking flights. “how does tomorrow sound?”

“too soon for you?” she asks, turning her head to look up at her daughter with a smile.

her grin grows, and she squeals a bit. “then i guess we should go shopping and get to packing hm?” she asks, lifting her eyebrows.
