Thank you again for the fulfilling days Illinois Principals Association. As I made my drive home, I was reflecting on these words from Dr. Tom Webb Dr. Thomas Webb: "Happiness is on your face. Joy is in your heart." We must all build systems that create joy for ourselves and for those we lead.
