"People look at you and think there's nothing wrong with you, so you suffer in silence. Well not silence exactly, but you do learn to live with it in time. Just want to say hi to all fellow sufferers and maybe one day we can listen to silence again 😘🙏x"

Sending all of my love to you! 💚 "I've recently just got out of hospital after chemo/radiotherapy treatment. It really has put my Tinnitus into perspective. It's horrible and some days soul destroying but it won't kill us so I'm thankful for that at least ♥️"

You shouldn't have to feel guilty for taking time off work to look after your mental health. I never post things like this socially, but I needed a want to vent my frustration over the fact that this is the worst I've ever felt but no one seems to care.

I've received a lot of messages in relation to someone being new experiencing Tinnitus and ask for advice. So it would be great if we could make this post into a "what advice would you give" so people can come back to this post and read some helpful tips as everyone is different.

"One thing I love about this group is how everyone knows they can depend on each other. Everyone shows such gratitude for the stories and positive feedback. I know I’m not the only one who feels I’m getting more answers here than at the doctors office."
