The Saturday between Good Friday and Easter is a reminder to us that even when God seems silent, and hope seems lost, that God is still working and that everything changes when Jesus shows up!

Our greatest desire for our kids has always been that they would follow after Christ. We are excited to say that this past week Caleb repented of his sins and put his faith in Christ. We are so proud of him. God is good!

Are you ever just overwhelmed with the goodness of God? In my office getting ready to preach the word, gather with the saints, serve the Lord’s supper and baptize my son, Caleb and just amazed at God’s goodness. I am a testimony of the goodness of the Lord!

Got to baptize my son Caleb yesterday. Such a proud dad moment for me. Cant wait to see him make much of Jesus with his life!

Our hearts are heavy, yet rejoicing, as we share the news that our beloved pastor and teacher John MacArthur has entered into the presence of the Savior. This evening, his faith became sight. He faithfully endured until his race was run. 2 Timothy 4:1-8

Emma left today for Tuscaloosa to go back for another year at the University of Alabama and it never gets easy. I find myself sad that she is gone and yet excited for her as she continues to grow and flourish in life. Above all I just love being her dad.
