Three building not wide enough to break the line of their front two & tempo too slow to break it.Too many players to build means no free player to break higher lines.Their CBs narrowed 2v1 & FBs went tight due to no forward runs from midfielders or FB underlaps.Kane too isolated

This group is right at the beginning of their journey together; so much improvement to come individually & collectively. Behind the scenes they are working so hard to create a way of playing that connects the fans & that inspires the young kids. 🔵⚪️

Top of the league at the turn of the year. Our lads face the best version of every team week in week out. Hardest thing in the game is to break down 11 men in their own half. The pressure at this club is immense for part time players & they show creativity & bravery every game

Last three games have been the first time since pre season we’ve had consistent sessions to train properly & intensely. It was a brutal run with some players playing over 40 games by January. We’ll keep improving, 12 cup finals to go. ⚪️🔵

Eddie Howe, incredible manager. Took over Bournemouth bottom of league two, takes them to the Prem and becomes first English manager to win a trophy for 17 years. Should have been leading England to the World Cup.
