Quick visit to the amazing Jack Steinberg Critical Care Unit King's College NHS to say thanks for not killing off the old boy!!! Truly amazing people and so lovely that they remembered him from the end of last year (and that he doesn’t remember any of it!). Thank you isn’t enough!

My favourite album from last year & first time seeing them live - The Royston Club were superb. Hope 2024 will be a big year for them - more gigs down south lads please!
