I want to tell yall about the policing of black women residents so bad. I mean down from our facial expressions to our tones to our hair to our nails to the way we dress ( not to mention work ethic )

This is so common in workplaces EVERYWHERE WW will be the aggressor towards a Blk woman and everybody acts like they didn’t see or hear anything but when the Black woman RESPONDS then everyone is up in arms. It’s bull 💩
