Grand-Pre National Historic Site is a remarkable place to visit to understand the Deportation, a tragic part of our history. A UNESCO en français World Heritage Site,Thanks Parks Canada, another reason to take advantage free admission to historic sites.
“Giving extraordinary kids a chance to be ordinary”. That’s Brigadoon Village where kids have the camp experience all kids should have, only it’s remarkable and in some cases, life changing. It was truly wonderful to have the opportunity to chat with some great campers.
Thanks to Staff and Alum of Halifax Citadel Society for having us to Dinner to commemorate an amazing year. Always a pleasure to sit with Hon.Myra Freeman and Larry, and to see Maggie MacD, Rod M, Alannah and Parks Canada team, and others who do the magic.
