The main advantage with Gyokeres is that he's different to what Havertz offers, when Sesko seems to have similarities.

I do get the concerns with Gyokeres adaptation but I just think he would still add so much to this squad NOW. We've been playing with Kai &Merino at STs. At his rumoured price, he doesn't have to change the world, but he's a natural goal hungry striker who will make a difference.

Saka's angles on the left wing naturally make his game more direct. Why? Because he is left-footed and is less comfortable cutting inside to dictate. The angles would be more acute & more focused on the goal. Like Bale at Spurs. Or Raphinha at Barca. Madueke right, Saka left..

Declan Rice really is generational. He's changed how I view #6s and double pivot players. I watch other players nowadays and always keep at the back of my mind how Rice tackles and his positioning. I'm often underwhelmed. Rice really sets the standard defensively.

Been watching Carlos Baleba recently and I'm sitting there knit picking little defensive quirks because I see Rice every week performing these things to perfection.
