A great first day at #JTConf23. I attended thought-provoking presentations by john kiely, Dr Alison O'Riordan and Stefan Holm, OLY. Time to unscramble my brain and get ready to quiz the speakers at our evening Q&A.

A wonderful 2 days being part of the 'Knowing Me, Knowing You' workshop of the Swim England Coaching Coach 2028. It's a real privilege to be part of this delivery team and judging by this first workshop, this cohort of coaches are going to be brilliant to journey alongside.
