What an absolutely amazing experience it was to host a concert and hang out with Michael Gungor ,who's work has had an enormous influence on my creative and spiritual journey. So much gratitude and love!

Of course, we are driven by self-interest, it's necessary to survive. But we need wise self-interest that is generous and co-operative, taking others' interests into account. Co-operation comes from friendship, friendship comes from trust, and trust comes from kind-heartedness

What an enormous honor it is to announce that Three Day Flight will be the opening act for an evening of music with Grammy nominated artist Ari Hest at Imagine Vegan Cafe on November 17th at 7:30! We hope to see you there!
