If teachers and school staff only did what they are contracted to do and ONLY worked the hours that they are paid to work— every school would have to shut down because it wouldn’t be able to function.

We LOVED our trip to see The Branch Theatre Company perform Little Mermaid 🧜🏻‍♀️🧜 This was the first HS production some of our students had ever seen (#pandemickids). They were totally fascinated & in awe of the whole thing! Amazing! An added bonus— seeing lots of former MTA Marlins! 🤍

We started a favorite Mystery Science lesson on decomposers last week! Each group chose something different to test against a control. Will their choice ENHANCE mold growth or SLOW it down? We can’t wait to see! 🤓🤔🧫🔬👩🏽‍🔬🧑🏼‍🔬👩🏻‍🔬🧑🏿‍🔬

Danny’s Donuts this morning with these awesome dudes! They won my Literacy Night Raffle 🍩🤩 They didn’t have to go far since they’re all mine!! 😅👏🏼

Today we discovered what improper fractions and mixed numbers are. I heard so many “oooohhh I get it” responses and those are my FAVORITE 🤩
