A 20 year old, at his home club he’s supported since he was a kid, under a coach who has personally nurtured & championed him since he was 16, playing & winning huge Euro games and now for Wales, is leaving. The WRU have fucked the regions to a potentially irreparable degree.

this is just the beginning wales will see their best and brightest leaving in the next season or so as a result of the WRU and PRB’s failings

Tomos Williams is possibly the slowest playing scrum half in this six nations Any sort of tempo wales are picking up, Tomos Williams repeatedly slows it down and has been a key reason why Wales are struggling this game Have a feeling many will be screaming at their TV’s

I’m in a similar position myself, my childhood club that I grew up attending with family and friends, In a place that I love down at the Liberty Stadium The thought that every game I go to from now on could be the last and the end of an era as an Ospreys fan is truly upsetting

I wish broadcasters enforced neutrality more often and feel that BBC can miss the mark sometimes in terms of this As a neutral, I don’t want to hear complaints about refereeing decisions from one side for the whole game, definitely ruins the viewing experience for me

I see the argument for an Anglo Welsh League, I do. But if I find it difficult to get excited about joining a league that has lost 3 of its' 13 teams to bankruptcy.

After 2 and a half years of living in Cheltenham and attending Gloucester games, I’m finally gonna get to see my home region and the team I’ve supported since I could walk, the Ospreys, face my new local team 🏉 Should be a great quarter final💪 Roll on Friday…

Thanks to Gloucester for allowing me to interview Ioan Jones as part of my Final Year Project, which they asked me if they could use! To be able to have multiple professional rugby players as part of my project was amazing, and I can't thank the club enough for their help🍒

The National Training Centre welcomed coaches from across the country on Saturday for a ‘Finding Your Feet’ Coach Education Workshop 🥋 It was a fantastic day with great feedback all around. We’re excited to see more coaches and clubs embrace this initiative and bring new skills

Welsh Regional Rugby / WRU = turns out 10 years of poor investment in coaching, lack of quality foreign players, lack of investment in young players and academies, lack of investment in nutrition and supplementation of players / ability to be professional eg 5k/8k contracts,
