If we want to keep more teachers in the profession then we urgently need to address workload… teachers shouldn’t have to work evenings & weekends. The work/ life imbalance is simply unsustainable.

A reminder that men can be victims/survivors too not all perpetrators are male. Often men wont come forward not so much in fear of safety but in fear of humiliation and feeling emasculated. No one should experience this and more needs to be done for both genders.
