Well it took until my 3rd day here to get my 1st run (well run walk) in! Super chuffed following Garmin’s Coach 5k Plan this run was 5min walk 3 min run x 3. It was slow but it got done ✅ Scenery made it a bit easier 👌🏻 #beatyesterday #garmin
